Bay Magic Meetings & Tours was founded by David Rubens in 1999, as the the East Bay's only complete destination management and tour company. We provide meeting planners throughout Northern California with a full range of meeting and destination services, including:

OWNER: David Rubens, CMP: With over 13 years of transportation, tourism and hospitality industry experience, David Rubens provides an unmatched level of personal attention and expertise that is completely focused on the needs of each and every one of Bay Magic's clients. David is an active member in several Bay Area and international meetings industry associations. He has served for over six years on the Board of Directors of the Northern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. He participates in numerous industry events and educational activities, and earned is CMP designation in 2001. David's vision and leadership will continue to be the driving force behind all of the programs and services offered by Bay Magic Meetings & Tours.

Our professional staff works with our clients to identify their requirements, analyze and discuss the options, and provide consistent follow-through and support throughout the entire process, from inception to final production.

OUR MISSION: Bay Magic Meetings & Tours is dedicated to providing meeting and special event groups with magical experiences that will be the highlight of their visit to Northern California. We believe that we know our area better than anyone, and we are totally focused on showing if off in a way that will leave every group with a new understanding of why this is such a special place.

We provide professional, experienced on-site staffing, including professionally trained and certified tour guides. We have developed relationships with top wineries, restaurants, special event venues and other attractions that insures us that our groups receive premier levels of service and the very highest priority at all times.
